I love goat cheese, but I prefer to enjoy it in harmony with other flavors. In shallow baking dish, form a "mound" of the cheese mixture in the center. It's my version of one of my all-time favorite tapas recipes, which is served at a local restaurant in Kansas City. Put in 350 degree over for 25-30 minutes. Bake for about 20 minutes until the sauce is bubbly and the cheese has softened. Spoon the tomato sauce around the goat cheese.
